Document Submissions
Online document upload is not currently enabled on this website. If you need Jeffery to review a document, contact him for submission instructions. When online upload is connected in the future, documents should be limited to materials needed to understand the service request.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or unrelated personal records through general website inquiries.
Form Delivery
When the online form is connected, submissions may be delivered through a third-party form processing service (such as Formspree) so Jeffery can receive and respond to requests. That service processes the information you submit for delivery purposes.
Sharing
Service request information is used to respond to your inquiry. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers that help deliver the website form or email communications, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the service request and related business records.
